Department of Media and Cultural Studies (KBM) continuously strengthens kinship ties, one of which is by holding a joint “syawalan” event with faculty, students, and also KBM UGM alumni on Wednesday (17/5/2023). Not only gathering together for “syawalan,” on this occasion, the KBM Program also held the release of the latest book entitled “Kapitalisme Digital dan Ekonomi Berbagi” about digital capitalism and sharing economy.
The event, titled “Syawalan and Book Release: Kapitalisme Digital dan Ekonomi Berbagi,” was held at Taman Pringsewu Restaurant, Mlati, Sleman. The family of the late Kukuh Wangsa Giaji, KBM student whose writing was included in the book, also attended this event. The event was warm and lively.
