The Research Ethics Commission of Gadjah Mada University is one of Gadjah Mada University’s efforts to mitigate risks related to irregularities that may occur in the process of conducting research.
Thus, the research process can be carried out properly, based on integrity and ethics and ensures the safety of all living things involved in it. We serve applications for ethical clearance letters from researchers, both from lecturers, students and education staff. The Research Ethics Commission office is located at the Research Directorate (Direktorat Penelitian), UGM Central Building, 3rd Floor, South Wing.
Documents required in submitting an application for a letter of ethical conduct:

- Surat Pengantar dari Institusi
- Proposal/Protokol yang Sudah Disahkan Pembimbing/Lembaga
- Formulir Penjelasan kepada Calon Subyek Penelitian (if any)
- Informed Consent Form (ICF) – Lembar Persetujuan setelah Penjelasan (if any)
- Iklan/Advertisement (if any)
- Brosur Penelitian (if any)
